Continuing the practice of minimal intervention the grapes are hand picked and the wines are made here in our small winery using steel tanks and oak barrels to ferment and age the wine.
Where possible the grapes are fermented using their own natural yeasts and are bottled unfiltered and unfined, allowing all the layers of flavour and texture to be experienced.
